Our complete replacement patio door handle set is designed for straightforward installation. Ideal for handles with 3-15/16” hole spacing and a mortise (latching style) lock. Simply follow these steps: - Remove 2 screws from your existing handles. - Insert the latch. - Align the inside and outside handles with the pre-drilled door holes. - Insert and tighten the screws. - You’re done!

REVERSIBLE PATIO DOOR HANDLE - NON-HANDED REPLACEMENT
